To find out your maintenance dose, allow yourself to start feeling withdrawal symptoms. Once you start to feel a bit groggy you can take your first dose. Wait 2 hours, assess how you feel, and if you don't feel well you can take another dose. Repeat this process every 2 hours until you feel well, then fill out this form.

SR-17018 Plasma Pharmacokinetics (Mice)
A preclinical study with oral dosing showed significant plasma levels within 2 hours, peaking between 2-6 hours. The elimination half-life is approximately 6 to 8 hours. Based on this, the calculator schedules 3 doses per day (every 8 hours) to ensure stable plasma levels. Since SR is fat soluble there may be benefit to taking more in the beginning, we've added a toggle for front loading which will give you 4 doses a day in the start.
Disclaimer: SR-17018 is fat-soluble, which means it can take up to 10 days or more to fully clear from your body after the last dose. These clearance days are an important part of the healing and recovery process.
