Why this taper kit?
The goal here is to reduce your 7-OH intake to zero while utilizing mitragynine (MIT) in a conservative, step-wise and receptor-rational methodology. We want to progressively deemphasize 7-OH (a high-efficacy MOR agonist) while also leaning on mitragynine/MIT (partial/biased agonist), then exit off 7-OH cleanly. The next step will be to taper off MIT. See below Taper Phases to determine if this is a viable route for you.
In addition, as the scarcity of SR-17018 potentially continues, this kit has the capability of filling in the gap. It will take longer to come off of 7-OH with this taper to abstinence regimen.
Each taper phase comes with 18 tablets for the week. This is assuming you follow the protocol of 2-3 tablets per day and there is an extra days worth added.
Core Taper Principles
Reduce 7-OH first, not the total alkaloid load To maintain stable dosing frequency (e.g. 2-3x daily) during each phase. Optional one fewer dose per day as taper phase regimen advances. Hold each step until stable (no rushing, especially on the bottom-end of the taper) Each phase can be 5-7 days depending on symptoms
Taper Phase 1: Stabilization Tablet = 20mg 7-OH/20mg MIT Duration = 5-7 days Goal: Prevent withdrawal and establish a baseline with mitragynine onboard
Taper Phase 2: 7-OH Reduction Tablet = 10mg 7-OH/10mg MIT Duration = 5-7 days Goal: Support MOR tone with MIT
If this is too big of a drop, and discomfort ensues, tablets are scored to halve them or use a pill-cutter to quarter them. The tablets have been processed in such a way as to avoid hot-spots; meaning any portion of the tablet will have very close to equal or equal concentrations of 7-OH and MIT.
Taper Phase 3: Deemphasizing 7-OH Tablet = 4mg 7-OH/8mg MIT Duration = 5-7 days Goal: Take advantage of this critical inflection point of taper. 7-OH is the pharmacological minor and MIT becomes dominant.
Taper Phase 4: Minimizing 7-OH/MIT Dominant Tablet = 2mg 7-OH/10mg MIT Duration = 5-7 days Goal: Reduce dose-count if tolerated. At this point, 7-OH is becoming functionally negligible.
Taper Phase 5: 7-OH Exit Tablet = 0mg 7-OH/10mg MIT only Duration = Days 1-3 normal schedule 3 doses/day Days 4-7 reduce by 1 dose/day Day 7-10 single daily dose STOP
After stopping MIT there should be about 2-4 days of mild adrenergic rebound (adrenal brakes). This period may present moderate fatigue, reduced stress tolerance, low energy, and mild sleep disruption.
This is where agmatine sulfate can assist in restoring the adrenal brakes and improves endogenous opioid tone. Agmatine works well with the following supplements: Phosphatidylserine, Magnesium Glycinate or Threonate, Vitamin C, Vitamin B5, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, and L-THP.
This kit will be sold in “Taper Phases”and also as a whole 4-6 week taper to abstinence regimen. Each kit will have an extra day's worth of tabs, which are all scored to easily break in half if needed.
